Speakers - Morning Session

1. Keynote - Hema Vyas Psychologist, Spiritual thought leader

Bringing a Deeper Intelligence to Living and working -understanding the power of the heart in the new conscious economy

Hema Vyas is one of London’s top psychologists, hypnotherapists and spiritual mentors and comes from a long lineage of Vaidyas (ayurvedic doctors). She is a renowned speaker in the fields of human consciousness, spirituality, health, energy medicine and the science of Ayurveda.

We are operating in a time of increasing uncertainty. Dominant thinking has been about security, a ‘job for life’ mentality, and a reliance on systems and structures that no longer serve us or the environment. A new economy is emerging where more of us are asking how we can be of service, do good and do well, and align with our own purpose while taking care of our inner and outer worlds.

The people and businesses that stand to flourish are those who can connect with a deeper truth, a trust, that allows space for ideas that may not be visible on the surface to come to light. There are many tools for transformation that guide us towards this deeper understanding and as a result, we are able to attract the right talent and resources to support sustained growth and innovation.

In my experience working with clients from creatives to CEOs, this sense of amplified flow comes from a deeper connection to the heart energy, an intelligence that transcends the power of the mind. My keynote will explain the science of this deeper intelligence and how to tap into it to experience the benefits first-hand. When the heart is in an expansive state, it supports creative thinking, optimal performance, shared values, empathy and cohesion.

Other speakers

2. Susie Q Award-winning social entrepreneur and meditation teacher

'Connecting to ourselves to respond more creatively -will include a short introduction to meditation.'

Susie Q, also known as Susan Quirke, is a musician, singer, song-writer, co-producer and recording artist. She is also a qualified meditation teacher, a holder of mass meditation experiences, and a multi award-winning social entrepreneur for her work in the field of mental health. She has performed at the Electric Picnic and Body&Soul festivals and also for figures such as the Dalai Lama and the President of Ireland.

She will explore the importance and power of centering ourselves in these modern times through the practice of meditation. Meditation generates heart, mind and body coherence and expands our natural capabilities to respond more creatively to life, and to generate solutions for our world and lives. It also cultivates a stronger connection with the deepest part of ourselves, those around us, and our planet. She will also guide us through a simple collective experience of meditation that will connect us with ourselves and the earth. www.susanquirke.com | Insta @susieqloves | Twitter: @susieqmusic | Facebook @susieqloves

Ger will speak about managing fear, and introduce us to ways to remain resilient in these challenging times.
