The value of the 75-90minute session is £20

However, I am offering a slightly less expensive ticket to make it affordable to everyone. Please note that these 3 tickets are only for those who are UNABLE to pay the full amount. If it is still too much, please call me directly and we can work something out.

If you CAN afford the full amount, please can you pay this extra cost in order to enable me to continue to run more of these 'affordable' experiences at the Lakes.

Whatever you pay, you will receive a generous session filled with great content, expertly delivered with all my love.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get to the Lakes and is parking available?

It can be tricky to find the site. Follow what 3 words link on the site. Park at Wilderness Wellness by the Lakes. If this car park is full, use the overflow yoga park. Walk down grassy bank to cabin /white marquee at far end of site signposted Wilderness Yoga by the Lakes.

What do I need to bring?

All equipment including mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions, blocks and straps are provided but feel free to bring yours if you prefer. A drink of water is also a good idea. Complimentary organic Pukka teas/organic coffee available during daytime sessions.

What do I wear?

Please wear loose comfortable clothing. As we are inside/out (in the marquee) it is recommended to wear layers. Bring something warm to wear for final relaxation during all evening sessions and especially during autumn/winter sessions. Shorts, vests/light tops are good for spring/summer months.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend? Can I transfer my session?

We do not offer refunds, however you can transfer your session yourself within a certain timeframe. Please check our Transfer Policy section for full details.

All group sessions are open to complete beginners. 

As long as you are able-bodied you will be able to attend any of the sessions as they are not categorised into beginners or expert.

That said, the sessions do vary in levels of vitality, strength and energy. Rest assured that there are always options to take your practise up or down a level depending on how you are feeling. It is always about listening to your body in that particular moment.

You, after all, know this best of all... always remember that you are the teacher, the guru, the wise one.
