Why does Consciousness in Leadership matter? In the ever increasing ‘busyness’ and complexity of our current every day lives, workplaces and wider society, it is difficult to quieten the noise and think clearly. Our workplace experience is often one of increased anxiety, stress and burnout. Fear is driving a lot of choices and our organisations can feel misaligned to our individual purpose and collective mission. This way of being is no longer serving us and is not sustainable. 

There is another way, one that replaces reaction with reflection, reduces burnout through authentic alignment, honours diverse perspective and other ways of knowing and creates regenerative rather than extractive systems.

Why should you attend?  Develop your intuitive wisdom to enhance your analytical thinking. Build your capacity to take a pause, step back and make space to reflect on all the fragments, sense patterns and emerging possibilities to creatively address challenges, developing consciousness in your leadership.

Leadership Series: The Consciousness in Leadership Workshop is the fifth workshop in the Releasing Resources for Leadership Series, and can be experienced as a stand-alone workshop (no prior knowledge required) or part of the series.

The Workshop: Come join us on Thursday, 23 October 2025 for an insightful event. This 2-hour online event will walk you through powerful frameworks and exercises to open your capacity to perceive and lead with deeper consciousness. The workshop is designed to enable sharing of diverse experiences amongst participants and space to investigate and apply the concepts.
