If you have ever thought about becoming a celebrant then this this short course is the perfect starting point for you.
In just a few hours the course covers what being a celebrant is like day to day, who makes a good celebrant and what it takes to become one. This course is a comprehensive introduction to a career in celebrancy, as well as giving you lots of insider hints and tips for when you get up and running in your new career.
The course is usually conducted in person, but with the current Covid-19 restrictions, it is being offered online this time around.

Please note that the course will provide an overview of a variety of all types of ceremonies but will focus on funeral celebrancy.
Tutor
Experienced celebrant, Susan Fraser, established her business Independent Ceremonies in 2011 and delivers a variety of ceremonies including renewal of vows and baby naming, funerals and end of life celebrations. In addition to her work as a celebrant, Susan also has a background conducting in weddings having worked as an Assistant Registrar for 10 years.
