Consultants SIG: Apps, Progs and Sites - the best tools to support your business
Tuesday, 21 February 2017 from 19:30 to 21:30 (GMT)
Arrive at 6:45pm for a 7:30pm start.
This session is all about learning from each other which tools we’ve found most helpful in running and developing our businesses.
How do you make best use of Linked In? Should you bother with Facebook? How can you sell tickets for an event? How do you develop a mailing list? How do I run a webinar? These are the type of questions many of us face when running our own business, so let’s share our knowledge and experience to learn from each other what works and what doesn’t.
The session will be facilitated and attendees are asked to come along ready to talk about at least one and up to three of the apps, programmes, websites, services etc. that they have found most useful. But don’t be put off if you are a newbie and haven’t got an experience to contribute – come along and join the discussion, you are bound to pick up some useful tips and information.
This session will be facilitated by Marc Reid.
Professional photography and video production will be taking place at the event, and these images may be used on future promotional materials for CIPD. Please note that by attending the event, you are giving your consent for your image to be used on any CIPD promotional materials.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes but it is limited.
What refreshments will be provided?
A light buffet will be offered in the meeting room with drinks available from the bar downstairs.
