Consultative Selling is the art of sales through conversation, engaging your prospect in the buying process so that they feel involved, and genuinely consulted.

During this one day workshop, we will show you exactly how to use a consultative selling approach to find, engage and win new Customers.


You're probably aware that the buying process has changed somewhat in the last 5 to 10 years. The internt is making it easier for customers to research and gather information to shortlist suppliers and providers or providers of products and services. If buyers are changing their buying behaviour, then sellers must also adapt their approach, keeping themselves in with a chance of building a relationship and making the incredibly important sales we need to run a successful business.

Our training style is relaxed and informal, as we find this creates a better environment for sharing and creating successful action plans for when you take your new skills and experience back to the workplace.
