Conta Kids x Moving Waves Creative Movement Workshop

Contakids is a methodology that uses the principles of Contact Improvisation to build deeper and more meaningful intergenerational interactions. Their workshops invite children and carers to play together, and commicate through physical language, allowing them to step outside of the usual child/adult boundaries.

This session will explore playing with the body, movement and physical contact, allowing parents and children develop a new, physical form of communication, which is enjoyable for both! We invite parents/carers to step away from the stress that sometimes comes with looking after children, and connect with their playful side
