Unfortunately we have experienced a high level of drop out at these events, sometimes due to weather but mostly without any reason given – we had over 100 non- attendees in year 2. If you wish to cancel please do let us know as soon as possible as our funding and future funding relies on us hitting our target numbers. We have considered adding a small refundable deposit, but we’d hope to continue providing these wonderful events for free. These events are funded by BBC Children in Need and the Steve Morgan Foundation.
