Blending the structure of ballet and the freedom of contemporary dance, this stress-free class builds up balance and grace by focusing on the use of gravity and breath to achieve flow - and a great workout!
We start with a series of (barre-less) barre exercises in the centre to build core strength, progressing to movements that travel across the space, jumps and a longer phrase. We focus on finding fluidity and enjoyment in movement rather than the perfect turnout.

Open to adults aged 18+ with basic (not necessarily recent) experience of movement such as yoga or dance. This is a stress-free, no-judgement class!
What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement. Socks (or ballet slippers).
Classes are on Tuesdays 18:00-19:00 at The Dance Space in Brighton (2 Market St, Circus St, BN2 9AS) until 4th June.
Drop-in £8 per class.
