Explore, develop and celebrate your own unique creativity through learning new painting techniques and deepening your practice of listening and expression. Participants will be able to experiment in a freer, playful and intuitive way as well as taking more risks with their painting. We shall be using techniques such as blending, dripping, layering, scraffito, printing as well as exploring the primary picture elements such as line, shape, size, tone, colour, texture and composition. We shall put our work in context by looking at other contemporary abstract artists work.
