About Leila Bartlam
Leila is an award-winning production leader with deep expertise in content creation, production operations, and creative transformation. Her work spans advertising, branded content, post-production, and training, with a career defined by both operational rigour and creative excellence. Leila has headed up film output at agencies including Accenture Song, iris, Havas, and adam&eveDDB, where she oversaw iconic campaigns for clients such as John Lewis, Google, and Save the Children. She also served as Managing Director at post-house Cut+Run, delivering their most profitable quarter in a decade.
