Continuing the Conversation - January 2026

The Trust is excited to be announce the next instalment of the Continuing the Conversation series. The four friends who initially trained with Roberto Assagioli, Diana Whitmore, Thomas Yeomans, Piero Ferrucci, and Andrea Bocconi, will return in `2026 for what will be the fourth instalment.

The conversation will pick up on a subject close to all the contributors' hearts: The unknown and the optimist of the Will. In initial discussions, the four friends have spoken about their interest in this topic area in relation to Self-identification and disidentification - what is it like to be self-identified?

Key themes from Piero’s recent book ‘The Art and Science of Psychotherapy: In Search of Inner Freedom’. will be discussed and explored; ‘The body - the body doesn't lie' (from Piero's recent book). The friends were particularly interested in continuing this conversation around themes of: Living with uncertainty - ambivalence is universal - what can be learned from it and the endless struggle of existence. The theme of a revolution in values happening and people awakening and seeing they are responsible is also on the agenda.

This conversation promises to pick up on personal and collective darkness, sharing personal experience and illumining that aliveness with what we know. The four friends will be embracing the unknown as the conversation unfolds, sharing different aspects of what they perceive.

The Trust is looking forward to seeing you join for this next part of the conversation, a firm favourite, and an opportunity to start the year with four experienced voices who have each shaped psychosynthesis in their collective journeys.
