Contraception Choices

Why doesn't safer sex happen?

Should men take a pill? Should women always be responsible for preventing pregnancy?

When is Long Acting Reversible Contraception most suited?

To answer these questions and explore contraceptive methods, stigma, embarrassment, lack of engagement and condom negotiation join us on this 1/2 day module.

All our modules are listed separately so please search Eddystone on this site for further details and to book on. Or see our website for more information http://www.eddystone.org.uk

By completing all 8 half day modules you qualify for a certificate in Positive Sexual Health accredited by ITOL.

As all of our training is funded so free for you to attend - make the day really count and combine this module with our morning session on the same day!

 Let's talk about sex

Do you work with young people?

How do you bring up sensitive topics with the people you are working with?

Do you remember the birds and the bees talk? Did it make ANY sense to you?

If you are a worker or manager in Gloucestershire who wants to offer up to date, relevant information on STIs, sexual behaviour and how to access screening programmes to young people, join us at this half day training session and gain the skills that will enable you to bring up conversations about sex and relationships with the young people that you work with.
