Description
Master essential contract law, polish your drafting skills and become an effective negotiator in 3 days!
IACCM accredited training provider, Devant, is back with its practical and interactive commercial contract workshop series in Reading. The workshops are delivered by Tiffany Kemp, Devant's founder and managing director.
Invaluable nuggets (such as why indemnities don’t work for either clients or suppliers) combined with practical tools (like how to prepare effectively to significantly increase your negotiation successes) make this an opportunity no commercial or contract manager should miss.
Ann Riddy, Contract Manager for Savvis and a previous participant in this course, said “I would definitely recommend [this training] to colleagues. Really helpful in understanding how and why contracts work.”
Tiffany says “This workshop series gets such fantastic feedback because it focuses on the practical realities of the contracting profession rather than just legal theory. I use stories, cases and learning techniques like memory stacking to help delegates understand, remember and use their new knowledge.”
You’ll get maximum benefit from these workshops (and benefit from the special Three Day Event price) by taking the full series over 3 days. If you prefer, you can book each workshop individually (some delegates spread them over a year, attending one a quarter). We alternate location between Reading and London.
Based on Green Park? We have a limited number of places at a special discount price for businesses based on Green Park. Please see use promo code: Greenpark and the discount will be automatically updated.
