This new / first run course is there to take delegates through contract Administration under the JCT suite of contracts.I
t is of use for:
-Employers,
-Architects-Contract Administrators / Employer’s Representatives -Main Contractors; and
-Sub-Contractors
This course will take delegates through the process of good contract administration and procedure.
The learning outcomes of this course focus on how to:
(i) roles and responsibilities of the Contract Administrator
(ii) duties around impartiality; and
(iii) proper notification and making sure proper procedures are followed.The specific learning outcomes will take delegates through the various steps of administering a JCT contract including proper notification.
