Session Description:

Control in research design, ANCOVA and partial correlation
This session deals with the methods that can used to control research, either by the design of the study, or by statistical means. Differences in methods for observational and experimental data will be discussed, along with differences between confounders and interaction. Practical examples will be shown with SPSS to enable the students to put the theory into practice.

Who is this session for?

All members of the Post Graduate Research community can attend, however as this is part of the IHR/IASR training programme, students from IHR/IASR have priority over students located in other institutes.
