Who is it for?

This training session provides you with an understanding of Controlling and Coercive Behaviour within Domestic Abuse relationships. This training is suitable for practitioners and professionals who have an interest in learning about the impact of domestic abuse in more depth.

*Before attending this training you are expected to have a basic understanding of Domestic Abuse. Please see our training ‘Introduction to Domestic Abuse’ for this.

  • Understanding DA through trauma lens
  • Understanding what coercive control is
  • Understanding the law
  • Identifying examples of coercive control
  • Spotlighting some types of coercive control
  • Getting support
