A 2hr long-lunch talk and workshop looking at the use of conversation as part of your knowledge management strategy.

Looking at

  • what makes conversation a special way to interact
  • why conversation works so well for certain types of knowledge-sharing
  • how you can use technologies to expand beyond face-to-face

Learn from Helene Russell, author of the "Knowledge Management Handbook" and "Practical Projects in Legal KM" and contributor to "Innovations in KM" and "Measuring the ROI of KM" 2nd Edn.


This event is included in the Knowledge Network UK annual programme, but you are welcome to attend a single event.

This event is of particular interest to Knowledge Managers, Heads of Knowledge, Professional Support and Knowledge Lawyers and anyone who works with knowledge in a professional services setting.
