About this event

Conversations on Darkness

Date: Wed Dec 04 2024 Time: 20:00 GMT. Location: Online

Join this December feast of tales and talk that celebrates the dark and the unknown.

Come and hear about about the strange and unusual, the weird and the shadowy.

Darkness is often depicted in stories as an enemy, a haven of monsters, or a place to be avoided. We have created a physical world where darkness is almost entirely gone.

During winter I often seek stories that play in the darker side of humanity. Spending time in the story underworld, or with death as a protagonist I often find wells of wisdom that help with my understanding of the world.

Ideas will be shared and questions will be engaged.

HAVE YOU HEARD OF A DANA ECONOMY APPROACH?
Essentially it's pay what you can & take what you need.
If £12 is more than you can manage at the moment email info@claremurphy.org

Put the name of the Conversation and DANA in the Subject line. No questions asked, no explanations needed.
e.g. Subject Line: DANA Economy, Conversations on Darkness
We'll send you an email with options.

DANA economy is an idea I learned about from Eco Dharma.
