The CIPD Hereford & Worcester Coaching Group invite you to join them for this interactive session, which will draw on models and techniques from coaching, NLP, mediation and clean language.
As a coach, you will practice using two specific tools which will add to your toolkit when working with coachees who are stuck with relationship issues of any kind:
- PIN (a model from mediation) - Using and understanding the PIN model will help you to take your coachee from being locked into position and being stuck, into dialogue and becoming unstuck
- The CPR model – Helping you to know at what level to pitch the conversation. By helping the coachee to understand the level they need to work at, they will get better results.
