Convert to Coaching

 Why should I take part?

“What happens if we develop our people and they leave?” “What happens if we don't develop them...?”

People need to feel confident in their role, when they are doing well and where they can improve. Skilled coaching helps people realise their potential by focusing on behavioural, knowledge and skills development.

You’ll go back to work knowing what coaching is and feel more confident about coaching your team, so they deliver to the best of their ability.

We will Discover:

  • What coaching is, what it isn’t and why it is an important way to develop your business
  • Your own ‘belief in human potential’
  • How coaching can improve skills, behaviour and performance
  • A helpful and frequently used framework to help you have skilled coaching conversations
  • What a good coaching session looks like and what is feels like to coach and be coached

  • It begin at 09:15 and finish at 12:30
