About this event
A 60-minute online CPD seminar on the proposed changes to Parts L, F and O of the Building Regulations.
This CPD will look at current design considerations for SAP and SBEM, along with the key proposed changes for the conservation of fuel and power that are soon to be published, following any changes from COP26, through to implementation in June 2022.
We will discuss the new carbon factors being introduced in SAP10 and SBEM, new fabric U-values, The Future Homes, overheating, retrofit PAS 2035, air tightness, new evidence requirements and thermal bridging. We will also discuss at Part O requirements.
The session will include a 50-minute presentation with a 10-minute Q&A at the end.
