About this event
I am Saba, a certified and registered Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and originally a research chemist.
I am from Turkey and Mediterranean style cooking -with wholesome fresh ingredients - is ingrained in me.
Detoxing does not have to be starving yourself with 'cleansing juices', it is about eating the right foods that have supporting and nourishing nutrients for your body's detoxing process (yes your organs always work hard to detox!).
I will be preparing 3 effortless and nutrient packed, delicous recipes during our 90 minute session.
I will show you how to prepare:
- Beetroot gazpacho soup
- Stuffed Artichokes
- Chocolate Mousse
At the end of the session, I will answer any questions that you may have.
Recipes will be provided 48 hours prior to the event once you sign up.
