The groups follow a simple structure you will be guided through a recipe as you chat and connect with fellow members, then we will sit down and enjoy the meal prepared by our volunteers. You can then wrap yours up and take it home with you!

Our volunteers are experts on addiction recovery and can offer you support, referrals, advocacy if you need it.

Frequently asked questions

Is it 100% Free

Yes tickets, ingredients and anything you need to make our delicious recipes are absolutely free, there are no hidden costs here!

Do I need to bring anything with me?

No, everything will be provided for you, just bring yourself and enjoy! *Although containers for you to take home your food will be provided, where possible please bring your own or re-use the ones we provide as this is better for our environmental impact

I am trying to recover from my addiction but I do still use substances, can I come?

Yes you are very welcome to come, the only thing we ask is that you do not come under the influence. so please do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the group. If we suspect you are under the influence you may be asked to leave. We want this to be a safe sober space for those in recovery.

I have food allergies, will it be safe for me.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment or recipes. This is because our kitchen space is rented and shared at a community hub. If you do have food preferences (vegetarian, vegan) please let us know as soon as you book and we can try to accommodate alternative recipes.
