Cookery Workshop: Make and Decorte your Christmas Cake

Join Adrienne on the farm to indulge in the festive spirit and make and bake your own Christmas Cake ready for the big day! Over two sessions, you will make your classic fruit filled cake and leave it to bake low and slow in the oven, returning the following week to add your creative touch to the seasonal decorations.

Our workshops take place in the purpose built barn kitchen under the instruction of a qualified food teacher and experienced cook. This is a hands on session and instruction wil be fun and informal and tailored to your needs. All ingredients will be provided and you will take your finished cake and all the recipe sheets away with you at the end of the two sessions.
