The Mission’s Executive Chef, Kaitlin Bandy, is teaching cooking classes! We will join her in the Retreat Center Dining Room for a demonstration and samples. Kaitlin, a San Diego native, is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Las Vegas. After spending three years with Wolfgang Puck in Las Vegas, she moved back to San Diego. Prior to the Mission she was the Executive Chef at St. Germain’s Café & Bistro in Encinitas.
