COOKING FOR BABY WEANING WORKSHOP
Covering when to start weaning, your baby’s changing nutritional needs, follow on foods, baby-led weaning, delicious
homemade purees and much more.
The Organic Cookery School are delighted to be bringing their successful COOKING FOR BABY project to Ancells Farm Community Centre.
This 2 hour workshop will include seasonal fruit and veg purees, finger and follow on foods for babies aged 6 - 12 months. Covering when to wean, different weaning methods, common misconceptions and inspiration for easy and delicious recipes to suit your baby's changing needs.

Cost: FREE of charge, suggested donation of £5 per family

The Organic Cookery School
The Organic Cookery School is a not-for-profit organisation which promotes and delivers cookery activities to children, families and young adults. Our main objectives include encouraging & supporting families to make ethical and healthy food choices and to develop practical cookery skills through a range of workshops and courses delivered either during the school or nursery day, or after school, at weekends and in the holidays. Activities are tailored to specific age groups and support the key outcomes of Every Child Matters and the Learning Outside the Classroom Manifesto.
We also provide training and support to schools and early years settings in the delivery of family cookery programmes and nutrition.
