Join bakers Timothy Blair and Robin Van Creveld for an introductory pastry making workshop.

We'll teach you an all purpose, lower fat, pastry and demonstrate essential pastry making skills. We'll use this pastry to make spring vegetable turnovers and custard tarts.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers.

This workshop will use the online ZOOM platform and will be a combination of demonstration and bake along activities.
