Together we’ll explore clever shortcuts, time-saving tips, and adaptable recipes that let you enjoy the celebrations without feeling overwhelmed. Leave with practical skills, a few tasty treats, and the confidence to make your Christmas cooking stress-free.
The workshop will cover:
Planning ahead: How to simplify menus, prepare ahead, and make use of store cupboard staples.
Easy Festive Recipes: Step-by-step guidance on creating a handful of quick, versatile dishes such as canapés, sides, and a festive dessert — all designed to save time and effort.
Budget Friendly Tips: How to make dishes go further, use affordable ingredients, and reduce waste.
Stress-Free Cooking Techniques: Practical tips for managing kitchen time, minimising washing up, and keeping calm while cooking.

The course is free for unpaid adult carers from across East Sussex, (£5 booking fee)
Please note that this workshop is only for unpaid adult carers from East Sussex. If you are a care professional or a parent carer to children under 18, we're not able to accomodate you on this workshop.
