About this event

    We'll make delicious, quick and inexpensive dishes from across the Indian subcontanent.

    In this workshop we will make:

    Samosa - flay pastry filled with potatoes and peas

    Channa Masala - spiced chickpeas

    Paneer Tikka - lightly spiced cottage cheese

    Naan breads, chutney and raita

    This workshop is hands-on, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and includes lunch and a take-away.

    Thanks to funding from Care for the Carers and ESCC we are able to offer free places to unpaid carers based in East Sussex. (£1 booking fee) If you are unsure about your eligibility, please contact us directly.
