About this event
Join the Plum team for a relaxed evening learning the delights of pasta making followed by a sit down meal of your own creations, washed down with a complimentary glass of wine or two chosen by Quaff. From Pasta making 101 to impressive show stoppers, our experienced chef George Ryan will guide you through process step by step.
Whats Included?
On arrival, you will be greeted with a complimentary welcome drink and canapés
Over the 4 hour session - you will make 2 pasta dishes including a tagliatelle, a ravioli and a sauce for both, a sit down dinner to indulge in what you have made and learnt from the day and complimentary wine and focaccia baked earlier that day. You will leave with printed recipes so you can recreate what you have learnt at home.
Classes are small to ensure lots of time to ask questions, all equipment and ingredients are provided.
Classes are delivered in our beautiful Mews Kitchen, where we create all of our delicious menus for weddings and events locally and heated with a roaring wood-burner to keep us all warm this February!
Covid Guidlines
The safety of our guests and staff are our highest priority and we are regularly reviewing safety measures in line with guidelines and advice. Our space is large and well ventilated and limited group sizes are carefully managed. Our kitchen has a 5* hygiene rating and is deep cleaned in between each visit. We ask that guests, unless exempt, take a lateral flow prior to their visit.
