In this interactive demonstration, the girls will be sharing their favourite immune boosting recipes including yummy breakfast ideas,healthy snacks and quick & easy one pot family dishes. Following the demo, we will be serving a delicious lunch. Please do bring aprons and containers to enable you to take home some goodies for your family.
