Following the success of last year's meeting, we are delighted to invite you to Cool Farm Alliance’s 2017 annual meeting, taking place over two days on March 16th and 17th.
2016 has been marked by a significant increase in companies taking action to manage agricultural greenhouse gas emissions in their supply chains and managing for other sustainable agriculture objectives.
Members and other stakeholders are invited to discuss ways to join efforts in meeting shared objectives for a more resilient future.
The meeting will catch up on progress over the last year, and to discuss plans for the future. Drinks and dinner on the evening of 16th will provide a sociable setting in which to meet new contacts, share ideas and plan for agriculture performance measurement using the Cool Farm Tool.
We realise that space was tight at times last year, and we are working with venue to improve for the 2017 convening.

This year’s annual meeting will again be held at New College, Oxford. New College, a part of the University of Oxford, is located in Oxford’s city centre, close to the train station and the main bus station. The meeting will run from Thursday 16th March to Friday 17th March.
The meeting for members only begins at 1pm on Thursday, 16th March.
The dinner on Thursday evening begins with drinks at 7pm, and is open to all invitees.
The open meeting on Friday, 17th March begins at 8:45am, with coffee and tea beforehand, and will end by 4pm.
WiFi will be available for all delegates throughout the event.
Oxford is easily reached by coach from Heathrow or by train from central London. Once in Oxford, New College can be reached by taxi, bus, or foot from the Oxford rail station or Gloucester Green bus station. If driving, limited parking is available at New College on a first-come, first-serve basis. Alternatively, parking is available at city centre car parks or at any of the Park & Rides just outside the city.
Ensuite single rooms are available at New College; rooms are equipped with WiFi, a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, towels and complementary toiletries. Accommodation includes breakfast. Additionally, Oxford has a range of hotels in close proximity to New College.
