About this event

  • 2 hours

Our Blue Light Charity in collaboration with Anglia Ruskin University are conducting a pilot research study into whether delivering coping strategies and thinking style strategies proactively has an impact on Emergency service workers wellbeing.

The research study will consist of attendance at the coping strategies presentation on 14.6.24 delivered via zoom

Participants will then answer questionnaires around demographic information and a review of the presentation and strategies. Information will be anonymised and identifiable details will not be shared with your service or university

Roughly 2 months after the presentation a further questionnaire will review if attendees had utilised strategies and their perspective on the presentation at that point

Masters students will then review the data with the aim of this progressing into a larger scale study in the future
