Coping with Change

Is the Coping with Change course for me?

This class will help you learn to recognise the different changes that may happen in our lives and consider how we can better cope with them. We'll also look at practical strategies for moving forward after difficult changes occur.

All our courses are delivered within an group environment so you must be willing to participate in group exercises. Our course facilitators are extremely experienced however they are not trained counsellors and so are not able to offer individual therapeutic support.

What about Covid-19?

During the current Covid-19 pandemic, our courses are running online via Zoom. We ask that you have a pen and paper handy so you can continue to participate fully.

This bit is very important...

To receive your link and password to the event, you will need to register with Zoom (in addition to Eventbrite). Instructions for registering with Zoom are included in your Ticket Conformation email, sent to you by Eventbrite. We highly recommend doing this in advance of the event to allow stress-free access on the day.

Additionally, we lock entry to our event 5 minutes after the start time - unfortunately, we can't allow any further access after this. To avoid missing us, we recommend logging into the webinar a minimum of 10-minutes before the advertised start time. If you are struggling with access, we will be available to help right up until the start of the event on Zoomadmin@Lifelink.org.uk.

How much does this cost to attend?

Our courses are completely free of charge to those living within the Glasgow City Council area. Due to funding, we are only able to deliver to residents of Glasgow City Council at this time.

Can those that live out-with Glasgow City Council participate?

We are able to offer our courses free of charge to Glasgow City Council residents due to the funding we receive from Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership. Due to funding, we are only able to deliver to residents of Glasgow City Council at this time.
