Tue 21 February 2017, 10:00 – 15:00 GMT
Our final session of coping with cuts wlll move from the structural to the personal. We will consider how we cope with the impact of cuts on our working lives. How do we deal with work intensification and increased demand? How do we realistically maintain our wellbeing and that of our collleagues.
We are delighted to welcome a range of speakers to share their thoughts and help shape our discussions
- Organisational resilience (Jenny Campbell, Lifetimes Work tbc)
- WRAP: Tools for coping and thriving in difficult times (John Moody, Scottish Recovery Network)
- Personal resilience- the role of food, activity and stress (Jon Reid, Personal Trainer)
Coping with Cuts is a series of free workshops where providers and commissioners get together to talk and think about how to work in a context of reducing resources. The workshops are a series but are designed to be standalone so you don't have to have attended previous sessions to come along.
We hope you can join us on the 21st!
