Free Wellbeing Webinar for Businesses, Managers and Employees (including self-employed workers)

About this event

This webinar is delivered by our ‘In Work Support’ (IWS) Service and forms part of a wider programme of wellbeing support for (employed and self-employed) individuals and small-to- medium-sized businesses across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.

During the Covid-19 crisis, we are delivering a series of free webinars, offering specific guidance to employers on how to support staff in these most challenging of times and tips and tools for employees on looking after their mental and physical wellbeing.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, many of us have been more isolated than usual due to shielding, social distancing or working from home. Being removed from our normal interactions and daily routines can be difficult, so this one-hour webinar provides information on:

• effectively structuring your time

• managing thoughts and mood

• maintaining physical and mental wellbeing

• managing social relationships, and

• things to consider when working from home.

All attendees who register for a free place via Eventbrite will receive an email detailing the joining instructions for this Microsoft Teams session prior to the webinar.

Cyflwynir y weminar hon gan ein Gwasanaeth 'Cymorth yn y Gwaith' (IWS) ac mae'n rhan o raglen ehangach o gefnogi lles unigolion (cyflogedig a hunangyflogedig) a busnesau bach a chanolig eu maint ledled Abertawe, Castell-nedd Port Talbot a Phen-y-bont ar Ogwr.

Yn ystod argyfwng Covid-19, rydyn ni’n cyflwyno cyfres o weminarau am ddim, gan gynnig arweiniad penodol i gyflogwyr ar sut i gefnogi staff yn yr adegau heriol hyn, yn ogystal ag awgrymiadau ac offer i weithwyr er mwyn gofalu am eu lles meddyliol a chorfforol.

Oherwydd pandemig y coronafeirws, mae llawer ohonom wedi bod yn fwy ynysig nag arfer o ganlyniad i gysgodi, pellhau cymdeithasol neu weithio gartref. Gall fod yn anodd heb ein rhyngweithio arferol a'n harferion dyddiol. Felly, mae'r weminar hon, sy’n awr o hyd, yn rhoi gwybodaeth am:

• drefnu'ch amser yn effeithiol

• rheoli meddyliau a hwyliau

• cadw lles corfforol a meddyliol

• rheoli perthnasoedd cymdeithasol a

• phethau i'w hystyried wrth weithio gartref.

Ar ôl i chi gofrestru am le am ddim drwy Eventbrite, byddwch yn derbyn e-bost cyn y weminar a fydd yn rhoi’r cyfarwyddiadau ymuno ar gyfer y sesiwn hon ar Microsoft Teams.

I gael mwy o wybodaeth am Les trwy Waith a'n Gwasanaeth IWS, ewch i'n gwefan: www.wellbeingthroughwork.org.uk

Neu, i weld a ydych chi a'ch gweithlu’n gymwys i gael cymorth lles am ddim, cysylltwch â ni ar: wtw@wales.nhs.uk neu ffoniwch: 01639 684 568.

Sylwch: Mae IWS yn cael ei ariannu'n rhannol gan Gronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop trwy Lywodraeth Cymru. Mae ein Gwasanaeth Cymorth yn y Gwaith yn darparu cefnogaeth a therapïau lles am ddim i bobl gyflogedig a hunangyflogedig, ac yn cefnogi busnesau bach a chanolig eu maint i wella lles yn y gweithle.
