Is Empowered Relief the right treatment for me?

Empowered relief is a suitable treatment for any type of chronic or persistent pain, because the skills are applicable to all types of pain. For example back pain, headaches and migraines, joint pain, muscle pain, cancer-related pain, fibromyalgia etc.

How does Empowered Relief compare to CBT for chronic pain?

The researchers at Stanford University have demonstrated that 3 months after the class, Empowered Relief is comparable to an eight-session (16hrs) course of CBT for chronic pain in terms of reduced pain intensity, pain interference, sleep disturbance, and other outcomes(Darnall et al., 2021).

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund minus a £5 booking fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will be charged at the full fee.
