Join this On-Line practical and interactive workshop, designed to help voluntary and community organisations develop and strengthen their co-production activities.
This interactive session is ideal for anyone that is interested in learning about co-production and how to embed it practically into your organisation. It is perfect for anyone new to co-production or those that are looking to develop their knowledge and skills. It will cover:
- What is co-production?
- Myth-busting – how to overcome concerns such as cost-implications, time-constraints and lack of resources
- Examples and case studies of co-production activities
- Practical advice to ensure you can deliver effective and meaningful co-production work
About the Facilitator
Lucie has over twenty-years experience of working directly with the public and in local government. She also has extensive knowledge of working in the voluntary sector and delivering community-based projects. In recent years she has worked at Southend City Council, writing the council’s Co-Production Framework, and has supported teams to deliver co-production activities across different service areas. She has a passion for helping to reach hidden voices and communities, and takes an innovative approach to problem-solving and practical delivery of community-based projects and co-production.
