PIMAY (Pablo Imani Method Afrikan Yoga) means the Lion and is the name of 22nd Dynasty Egyptian Prince son of Sheshonq II Afrikan Yoga™ is essentially Tama-re Smai Taui founded and coined by Pablo Imani. Tama-re (pronounced Ta-Ma-Re) Tama-re is an ancient name for Africa meaning the land of Ta (Earth), Ma (Water) and Re (Sun) or solar forces. Tama-re is often seen as Ta-merri – meaning the ‘Beloved Land’ or ‘Land of the Beloved’. Smai Smai sometimes spelt Sma or Sema is the word for union and also means the science of breath. Its hieroglyph is a symbol of pharynx, the windpipe attached to the lungs this symbol is often found on temple walls throughout Egypt. Taui Taui sometimes spelt Tawi or Tawy is the word for two lands meaning two abodes, as in a physical land or the physical and spiritual planes (dimensions); masculine and feminine energy etc. The meaning of Smai Taui is to bring oneness from duality through breath.
