Come join us for our Antenatal Practical Skills Class at the University Hospital of Wales! This hands-on workshop is designed to help expectant parents learn essential skills for caring for their newborn. From nappy changing to swaddling, our experienced community midwives will guide you through everything you need to know. Please make sure that you have completed Part 1: the virtual Birth and Postnatal Education Workshop prior to attending this class. The virtual session covers all essential information. The booking form for it is available via: (https://forms.office.com/r/PLG1ZbJNn7).

These additional sessions are designed for those who are >32 weeks into their pregnancy, so as to ensure that you meet other parents whose babies will be due around the same time as yours, and to enable those who are close to their due date can attend.

Due to high demand, each (1) ticket covers attendance for the pregnant person and one support person only. Please only book one ticket per couple. Ticket cost is £20 per couple to ensure attendance and cover cost of room, refreshments and ongoing training.
