Do I need a yoga mat?

We will provide yoga mats for you to use. But if you have one and would prefer to use that, you are more than welcome to bring it along with you.

We recommend loose clothing that gives you freedom of movement. The most important thing is that you are comfortable. Layers are great as well, as your temperature might change throughout the class.

What kind of yoga is it?

Our yoga class will suitable for all levels - whether you are new to yoga or have practised it before. There will be lots of options for you. Our focus will be on mindful movement, guided breath work and time for relaxation at the end.

This is a donation-based class we are offering to members of the community who are not able to afford yoga. The class is suitable for all levels and everyone is welcome. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time and wear comfortbale, loose clothing. Mats will be provided but you are more than welcome to bring you own.
