Overview
Cups of Comfort — A Gentle Space for Grief & Healing
Hosted by B.L.O.O.M by SMA
Grief comes in many forms — losing a loved one, a friend, a relationship, a version of yourself, or the life you imagined.
Cups of Comfort is a calm, women-only space created to hold those experiences with softness instead of silence.
Join us for an evening of gentle conversation, reflection and shared humanity — over a warm drink and in a safe, private space.
This session is for you if:
- you are navigating bereavement or loss of any kind
- you feel alone in what you’re carrying
- you want a space that is calm, respectful and not clinical
- you are not ready for therapy but you need somewhere to exhale
What to expect:
- a guided, gentle opening to help you settle in
- optional sharing (no one is ever pressured to speak)
- reflective prompts to help process what sits heavy
- space to connect with others who “get it”
- a warm drink available to purchase on site - £1-1.50 donation Is required to attend the event.
This is not a therapy group. It is a soft landing place — a community space where you don’t have to be “fine”.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
