Booking in advance means we can personalise the experience and avoid disappointment on the day if we don’t have enough stock. You also get discounted prices compared to paying on the day.

Entrance:

You will be greeted by Santa’s Security and Entry Elves, who will book you in and ensure you have your time cards. If you book the workshops we will stagger your time slots to give you time in each area. But you are welcome to re visit any area before and after your time slots. All we ask is that you don’t enter the workshops, Mrs C’s Kitchen or Santa’s Office apart from your time slot.

North Pole Village Square:

Here you will be greeted and advised where everything is. You will be able to change you money into North Pole money at Chilly’s Currency Converter. Snowflakes Cakes & Bakes is also in the Square where you can purchase some delightful treats.

Jingles Lane Sleigh Parking & Stables:

Here you will find Frosty Flights” Santa’s Trusty Sleigh parked up on charge ready for the big night. You will also find the Reindeer Stables which needs tidying up whilst the Reindeers are out on training. You can also make some food for them.

Snowman Alley:

Our 2nd wonderful workshop is the Merry Elf Workshop, right Next Door to Santa’s Toy Shop where you can either buy a toy or book. If you have seen Santa and he gave you a voucher, you can exchange it here for a Toy or Book. Then you can play skittles with the Polar Prankster Snowmen and take some pics with the Penguins and Ben the Glacier Chief Guard (Polar Ben).

Candy Cane Lane:

Walk down Candy Cane Lane and at the end of the Lane you’ll find the Naughty/Nice Ometer, where you can see if you have been Naughty or Nice??? In this area you will also find Peppermint’s Sweet Emporium where you can purchase all your favourites.

Sort & Send Terrace:

Here you can send any letters to Santa to ensure he knows about everything you want. Then experience our 1st Workshop the wonderful Sorting Office, where children can sort out some of the letters received from around the world. They may also need to help find Santa’s Nice List (if he loses it again!)

Jingle Jams Junction:

This is where you will find the Jingle Jams Music workshop and our dancing elves.

Santas Office:

The Big Man’s Office, here you will be greeted by the one and only Santa Claus. With his trusty assistant, With our personalised pre-booked sessions your children will receive an Elf Report, Nice Certificate and Gift/Book Voucher to exchange in Santa’s Toy Shop.

Mrs C’s Kitchen:

You will smell the aroma of the lovely lady’s baking as you enter Mrs C’s Kitchen (our 3rd workshop) to decorate a delicious treat.

Merry Mugs Café:

Enjoy a snack, drink or something a bit more belly busting at the Café.
