About this event
PLEASE NOTE - Each booking is PER TABLE, NOT per person.
BOOKING:
- There are THREE table Options Available: Up to 4 , 6 OR 8 People per table.
- Tables can be booked in blocks of 2 hours.
- Times are 9pm to 11pm / 11pm to 1am / 1am to 3am / 3am to 5am
- Only ONE Table Option can be chosen per booking.
- Multiple consecutive time blocks can be selected per booking. For example: 9pm to 3am
- A DEPOSIT of £5 is required per block of time booked.
- Deposits will be REFUNDED as bar credit upon arrival.
- Cancel at least 1 hour before the booking time for a refund.
- Deposits will not be refunded if no prior cancellation is received.
- Booking Fees are non-refundable
ON ARRIVAL:
- Masks MUST be worn when entering the venue.
- Vaccine Passports or negative flow test required.
- Contact Details will be required for Track & Trace.
- Hand sanitiser points will be available for use.
- We will hold your table for up to15 minutes from the start of your booked time slot. Failure to arrive within this time could result in loosing your table booking.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
- Social Distancing measures will be in place throughout the venue
- Masks must be worn at all times when moving around the venue.
- Including when visiting the toilets or smoking area & when leaving.
- Masks may be removed when seated at your table only.
- A member of staff will escort you to your table.
- A ONE-WAY system will be in operation and signposted.
- You must remain seated at all times.
- Guests MUST NOT move to or interact with other tables.
- Guests MUST NOT visit the bar. A table service will be in operation.
- 1m+ Distancing is required within the venue.
- Male toilets will be limited to 4 people, including 1 per cubicle.
- Female toilets will be limited to 1 per cubicle.
SERVICE & STAFF
- TABLE SERVICE WILL BE IN OPERATION.
- Staff will take your order at your table and return with your drinks.
- Drinks will be served on trays and removed by customers.
- Waiting staff will not touch drinks, minimising contact.
- All staff will wear masks at all times.
- Staff temperatures will be checked every day.
- Card Machines will be sanitised before and after every use.
- Tables and Chairs will be sanitised between bookings.
