We also cater to those with back pain, wrist ailments, hip tightness and so much more. Although we recommend checking in with your GP before any physical activity we can offer adaptions to support these aches and pains.
As martial artists you can improve your kick height, co ordination and strength by working on key muscles to promote all features of your current training.
It is also amazing for women of all ages as it builds and develops a strong pelvic floor, improves hip mobility and much more.
