Copy of Pilates for new mums - 4 weeks free course
A new 4-week Pilates course will start Friday 7th October 2016. This course is suitable for women who have had a baby in the last year*, the class is kept small to ensure that all new mums get individual guidance and help.
Pilates is a gentle form of exercise which will help you to rebuild core strength which may have reduced during the pregnancy. The class is taught by Nikki from Complete Pilates, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who has undertaken specific training in Pilates for expectant and new mums.
