About this event

Holistic Sound Bath with Herbal Tea 🌿Join me for a gentle, grounding evening at St George's Church Old School Building. You'll be guided through a soothing sound bath with singing bowls and gongs, helping you release tension and quiet your mind. Afterward, enjoy a warm cup of herbal tea to nourish your body and spirit.

What to bring: a yoga mat and blanket/sleeping bag to stay cosy and comfortable throughout the session. This is your time to slow down and take care of yourself.

Please arrive 10 minutes early. Doors close promptly at 7:05 pm to create a peaceful, undisturbed environment.

How to find the venue?

Follow the signs when you arrive to St. George's Church. You can park at the parish car park since there's no parking directly next to the venue, and follow the signs - you will find it on the left side of the church, through the gates. Follow the stairs up to the first floor in the building.
