This restorative yoga class is designed to help shift your nervous system out of fight and flight mode, promoting calm and peace for both body and mind. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, the class works to release tension and foster relaxation. Open to all abilities, it’s inclusive and welcoming, teaching simple techniques you can integrate into your everyday life for lasting balance and well-being.

Do I need to have done yoga before

No experience of yoga is needed, my classes are suitable for all abilities.

Do I need to bring any equipment with me ?

No all equipment for the session will be provided ( but if you prefer you can bring your own mat)

What do I need to wear ?

Wear something you feel comfortable in and that you can move in freely,

what time should I arrive ?

It's a good idea to arrive 5-10 mins before the class starts to give yourself time to settle onto the mat. Once the class has started you will not be able to enter the session.

Penny is a qualified vinyasa yoga teacher with 30 years of nursing experience, art tutor and a holistic integrated creative arts therapist in training. With a specialist interest in nervous system regulation. Passionate about neurodiversity and using her excellent communication skills to create supportive, relaxing environments. Penny integrates her diverse wealth of knowledge into both her yoga classes and workshops and her holistic creative art sessions.
