SMMA Interclub. No Headshots MMA and Sub Only Grappling
About this Event
SMMA are holding their 2nd No Head Shots MMA and No Gi Sub Only Interclub.
All bouts will be in our 24ft Competition Cage.
No Head Shot MMA Bouts (4oz gloves and shins) 2 x 3 min rds
Sub Only No Gi (We will do IBJJF rules with no points or Sub Only Rules with noHeel Hooks) 1 x 6 min round. No Sub = Draw.
Weigh in 9am. First bout 9.30am. Entry fee will be £12.50
